LC Motors 1 INC FAQ

How does your financing work?

At LC Motors, we do not look into your credit. We base our financing off of income. If your income meets our standards and you live in Central Florida, we will be happy to finance you with the minimum down payment.

We do not have any dealer fees. If you are looking to finance with us, we do have financing fees such as an application fee. If you do choose to finance with us, we offer 90 days no interest. This is a great option if you are looking to pay off the vehicle as soon as possible, or you are looking to finance through a bank or credit union, but need a car fast. This 90 days gives you the chance to shop around for other sources of financing. We do not penalize you for paying off your vehicle early.

How can I make payments?

There are many ways to make your car payment. You can come to our payment office located at 2911 Old Winter Garden Road, Orlando, FL-32805. It is directly across the street from our Sales Office. Payment office hours differ from the Sales office hours and can be found on the Home page.

You can make payments over the phone. We ask you for your credit card information and manually input it into the terminal. We do have a 5% convenience fee charge for security reasons. (For example if your payment is 180.-, it would be 9.- extra to make it over the phone).

You can send us checks in the mail or set us up as a Bill Pay recipient through your bank. With Bill Pay, the account number is your first and last name. There are no convenience fees for paying with checks. Please make checks payable to LC Auto Sales and Finance INC at 2911 Old Winter Garden Rd, Orlando, FL-32805.

You can make online payments through PayPal on our website. All online payments have a flat convenience fee of $6.00 that appears as a shipping charge.

All payments received 10 days or more after the due date are subject to late fees. Biweekly payments $10. Monthly payments $20.

Insurance Information

Throughout the whole period of financing, you must carry full coverage with at least $500 deductibles for comprehensive and collision. You must also have the lienholder listed as
LC Auto Sales and Finance Inc, 2911 Old Winter Garden Rd, Orlando, FL, 32805.

Once you have paid off your vehicle, you may remove the lienholder and change your coverage. Please keep in mind that many insurances require an inspection of the vehicle after adding it to your policy. Please get your vehicle inspected as soon as possible. Insurance agencies need to inspect your vehicle for full coverage policies.

The light in the device turned red. What do I do?

Since we do not check credit, installing a payment reminder device in the vehicle is the only way we can monitor if you are making your payments. If the light has turned from green to red in the device, it is time to make your payment. With your due date, you have 9 days total to make your payment. On the 10th day, the payment reminder device will prevent your car from starting. On the very last day, the device will start beeping and flashing a red light. It will not turn off your vehicle while you are driving.

To put in your code, the car has to be shut off completely and keys have to be out of the ignition. The payment reminder device will make a sound and the light will turn green if the code is correctly inputted.

When should I change my oil?

Your vehicle has been fully serviced when it was put out for sale. That means the oil has been changed for you. At LC Motors, we only use synthetic oil for all our vehicles. Synthetic oil provides higher levels of protection and performance than conventional oils. We recommend to change your oil every 3,000-5,000 miles but keep an eye on the oil levels and the purity of the oil. Your vehicle’s oil should be clear.

Transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 to 60,000 miles. For example, if you purchase the vehicle with 40,000 miles, at 60,000 miles, it is time for the fluids to be changed.

There are many apps you can download on your smartphone to keep track of your vehicle’s maintenance needs. My Cars (for Android) and myCarfax (for iOS and Android) are free apps that let you track your car's maintenance records. My Cars is highly customizable and lets you sync your info with Dropbox, while myCarfax also lets you see up the service schedule recommended by your car's manufacturer.
